Vintage OOAK cat dolls by artist Judith S. Loeber of Loeber cats were created about 20 years ago from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. They were made from real Tibetan/Mongolian kinky curly sheep/goat/lamb hair fur, hand painted hard ceramic molded faces, and glass taxidermy eyes. They came in various hand dyed fur colors (apricot, black, blue, beige, brown, calico, cream/creme, gold, gray/grey, lavendar/lavender, lilac, magenta, marmalade, mauve, off-white, orange, peach, pink, purple, red, rust, salmon, silver, tan, tuxedo, white, etc.) measure approximately 24 inches head to toes, are undressed (all fur) or dressed (Ballerina, Bride, Groom, Puss N' Boots, Santa Claus, Victorian, etc.), and are either 5-way jointed (neck, shoulders, and hips like Teddy bears) or non-jointed (pillow style).
